From Brief to Build
Every project follows a clear path: we capture requirements, translate them into disciplined AutoCAD deliverables, and resolve issues early through proactive coordination. The result is clean, submission‑ready packages that keep installers moving, minimize RFIs, and protect your schedule and budget.
Aftercare matters too: We stay on to answer questions, turn around clarifications and minor revisions, and issue as‑built updates so your team stays confident from shop to site.
We begin by reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, addenda, RFIs, and any existing shop drawings or markups. We clarify scope, critical dimensions, performance criteria, system types, and site constraints. If details are missing or unclear, we flag them early and prepare targeted RFIs to prevent downstream delays.
Our team prepares detailed shop drawings in AutoCAD using disciplined layer structures, consistent line weights, and standard naming conventions. We model elevations, plans, sections, and connection details to reflect design intent and field realities, tolerances, and interfaces with adjacent trades. Bill of Materials and schedules are developed in parallel to ensure constructability and completeness.
Before anything leaves our desk, drawings undergo rigorous QA/QC for dimensional accuracy, code and standards alignment, and cross-sheet consistency. We verify anchors, sealant joints, clearances, and system compatibility, and we reconcile changes against the project scope and prior comments to eliminate rework.
We issue a mid-point package to align early and avoid late-stage surprises. Together, we walk through open items, address questions, and capture redlines. Coordination meetings are scheduled as needed to resolve details quickly. We track decisions, revisions, and any added scope so budgets and timelines remain transparent.
We finalize and submit PDFs and DWGs prepared for client approval and seamless handoff to downstream processes. Deliverables include submission sets, detailed plans/sections, connection details, and supporting schedules as required. If the project needs mockups or embeds, those drawings ship fully coordinated and clearly labeled for fast approval.
